Chocolate Hemp Crepes

3 whisked eggs
1/4 cup homemade hemp milk (see video attached below)
8 tbs Omega Pro Cacao Hemp Protein Powder
2 tbs maple syrup
1 tbs coconut oil for cooking the crepe
2 sautéed apples with 1/2 tsp cinnamon and cloves
2 tbs maple syrup
Whisk the eggs, then add the Omega Hemp Milk and maple syrup whisk altogether.

Add the hemp protein powered a little at a time and whisk until fully blended.
Pour 1/3 of the batter into a non stick, well oiled pan and completely cover the pan.

Cook on medium heat for about 2 min until the top is cooked, remove from heat and gently put onto the plate.

Fill with sautéed apple mix and dollop with Almond Kefir.
Serve with a glass of homemade hemp milk!
